| This is a hell of a movie: Goodfellas about the Mafia, based on a true story and from one of the greatest managers of all time. This is Henry Hill, the narrator of the story, a simple person who is involved with the Irish mafia in a very early age and continues his life through it. There is no plot in this movie, just an isolated incident of which was the turning point of the hill of life. Scorsese, was as bright as ever, evidenced by the violence, sex and drugs, etc. in their own brand of style. Its players and helps to make this Goodfellas movie one of the classics. Robert DeNiro is not present in much of the movie, or act leaves too much impression. The three players who really did his best work here are Ray Liotta, Joe Pesci and Lorraine Bracco. I hate to say that most young people today do not know how much talent or Liotta was. I asked my younger brother to him and he said, "The man who did the voice in GTA: Vice City." This is partly because they do not get too big Liotta office after that, especially in recent years. But here is just brilliant as Hill. Pesci is one of the best too. Playing with a crazy mobster dark sense of humor was not his usual type. And Lorraine Bracco is the perfect place for women in these films. The Goodfellas movie script is intelligent and a good photograph. And I do not know how many times Scorsese was denied recognition of their Academy. I hate to see a Lifetime Achievement Award in his first Oscar. But things are going well. |
| This DivX Movie Goodfellas shows us a life lived to excess. The tone of the Goodfellas Biography film suggests a further study of social behavior than mere gangster movie, I heard that being a modern black, whatever, is brilliant. The performance is incredible, the picture is the top bracket, the music is heaven (in his description of Hell). Scorsese was born to do this movie, it is impossible to consider the first few times you see, as it turns and sweeps down to the final. That leaves you breathless. There is brutal violence, drug use, language and color, but no complaints because it is using the Mafia, they are bad people, what do you expect? He said that in hindsight is based on the story of Henry Hill, a child growing up dreaming about what the mafia, which works its way into the upper echelons of the union and organized crime through a series of stunning pieces of Series coke paranoia rotten shows his fall and eventual destination. There are many voice credits to action a sense of perspective, but there are so many things that it is better to just let it flow. De Niro and Pesci are at the top of his game and give support to deliver this Goodfellas movie without a lot of weight. As examples of the perfection of the art of movie-making go, I can not agree with many texts Goodfellas, is absolutely fascinating. |
| This is the gangster Goodfellas Biography in its finest. Scorsese is in top form as De Niro and Pesci. Liotta has never improved the performance given here. The Goodfellas Biography film starts as it means to be - violent, profanity-filled, fast and very elegant. The story follows Liotta's character from child to man as he climbs his way through the ranks of organized crime. We see all the ups and downs of their lives and fulfill a number of very credible and very undesirable characters along the way. The Goodfellas Biography film is full of memorable scenes, while others much more than the sum of its individual parts together. This is what all movies should be similar. It relies on you and not let you out of reach at any time. Ends when you feel exhausted and rejoicing at the same time. If ever the word "masterpiece" was intended to be used, was for this movie. |
