While I can not, in all honesty say that I've seen from beginning to end, I can attest that I have enjoyed hearing all of the films at least 100 times. Let me explain. We have put in many miles road traveling with our grandchildren in our DVD-equipped van. Conductor: yours truly, DVD observers grandchildren, playing the movie: Monsters, Inc. and over again and again! So, although I've only seen and enjoyed the Monsters, Inc. movie footage of a little here, a little there, I have confidence rating Monsters, Inc. 5 * film. Again, what I have heard rumors that only on my part. ~ The Chief (Mrs. B. agrees!)
Pixar has apparently done it again. Along with breath-taking animation and a great story, Monsters, Inc. has achieved a truly amazing film-able not only to entertain children, but "over the hill" too. The basic argument is that there is another universe, full of monsters who sees a child hiding under your bed or in his closet. These monsters all the different parts of the world through portals in the doors in order to frighten children, and bringing change cries of children, as it is for them a form of energy. But the chaos occurs when a child accidentally left in Monster World, and a more sinister plan is revealed ... The voice acting, for its part, is excellent, with each character's personality that shines through magnificently. The actors were well chosen, with John Goodman as James P. cheerful Sullivan, Billy Crystal and providing the voice of Marmite-Esquire character Mike Wazowski. (Marmite, either because you love their quirky jokes, boastful of his hatred or nature.) Moreover, a reputation that has been given to Steve Buscemi to play the incident, but in my opinion, strange adorable character Randall Boggs , his voice fits perfectly. However, this Monsters, Inc. film is definitely not miss one, and deserves all the praise it has received.
Pixar strikes the mother lode of imagination again with "Monster's Inc." The Monsters, Inc. Animation movie has a nice premise that young children monsters to frighten the monsters can take the children's screams as energy to run their monster world. The story follows the monster "top" Scared "Sully and how it becomes a new man, uh, when a monster really nice girl named Boo enters her life. The animation is incredible. I'm surprised by how abnormal monsters can express human emotions effectively and with sincere affection. "Monster's Inc." not many laughs as the Monsters, Inc. Animation Toy Story, but it made me feel so good. Recommended.
This film: Monsters, Inc. is great. Made me laugh out loud and made me feel sad when it is assumed that too. All the monsters live in a city called Monstropolis and need the screams of children to power everything. Sully (the big blue furry monster) is the SCAR and green eyes and his friend Mike work together on "Monsters Incorporated" collection screams. The monsters are terrified of children, however, think that if touched by a child who is going to die. One of the children (who ends up being known as Boo) into the monster and everybody goes into panic. Mike and Sully must return home before getting caught. Boo is a cute little character and a lot coming from me (I'm not a big fan of small children - may be because she is not real). There is also an evil monster called Randal chilling is planning on kidnapping children to harvest both screaming as possible. The animation was great, I am always struck by the patience that must go into the animation of hair, Sully is very hairy. As with all Pixar movies are "accidents" during the credits really funny. With some of the garbage that seems to be coming out with Disney (Little Mermaid 2, Jungle Book 2 anyone?), Disney / Pixar has to be the wave of the future.
This DVD film Monsters, Inc. is great! Technically, its amazing, but the attention to detail makes the DVD film Monsters, Inc. realistic. Clearly one of the animators have a toddler running around the house. Boo of mannerisms are dead-on. The story is well said, too. I'm not really a big fan of animated films, but this is definitely one that I will see several times in the theater when it comes out on video. It is not just a DivX film Monsters, Inc. for children! >)
