| I guess this is what they call a "cute" movie. Is that a good performance by lead actor Jack Black, who put much energy into this role as Dewey Finn. " Black, not only puts everything he has on paper, but he is so lively that it is a real trip. I do not know if multiple viewings would wear thin, but his character is not surprising. His character is a little hyper, to say the least. Most children here are very nice and the music is good, too. Hollywood bad points are the normal garbage that young children the wrong message: that is to cool rebel against strict parents and is "cool" to use profanity. Give me a break! Worth a rental for entertainment but not a support for the purchase of bad messages for their children. I know it will not be a popular statement here on IMDb. However, I did this School of Rock, The Music film and enjoy the performance in Black. |
| I'm like the students of this film! I do not know anything about Hard Rock, Heavy Metal, Led Zepelin or! But still! This is as good as a "feel good" DivX Movie School of Rock, The can be! Jack Black can never top this? One of the few films that I want is 15 minutes more. And the children! They are wonderful! not the typical child in the movies (with big crocodile tears). Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs, modernized. Jack Black is a world Thrown in rock band, because I thought it was too wild. Thrown for a White Castle was because it was too beautiful for a poor mother (or a boring shot ego band leader, or a step-mother using witchcraft). | School of Rock, and was shocked! I must say that I had my doubts, I mean, I love Jack Black, but this seems like most of his films in which only plays the typical drug addict and probably has the same mood or lame. Do not get me wrong, I love Jack, I was just starting to get concerned about the type cast. School of Rock, but not just to be big, but an incredibly touching film: School of Rock, The with a great sense of humor. Jack plays Dewey Finn, a guitarist who has recently expelled from his band. He also owes his room, a substitute teacher, a lot of money for the rent. So when Dewey answers the phone is meant for his room and takes a job, pretending to be his roommate, as the new substitute teacher at a high school preparation. Since not really care and just want the money, he simply sits back and relaxes. He wants to return to his band still compete in the Battle of the Bands, so that these children and became his rock band, better, at the School of Rock. This has plenty of humor and just over all a story that is so poignant and I think everyone can appreciate. While the end is just a smidge realistic, is what everyone wanted, and I think we can say that rocked! 10/10 |
