| I did not know they made movies like this anymore ... has been a long time since I could honestly say that is a film: Love Actually worth seeing, the rent, the owner. It really does not leave anything out. Covering all bases in this case. As a Romance Novel Reader and Romance / Comedy Buff, I say I'm impressed. And I thank those who wrote the script and hope it is a happy man, because it made me happy every time I see this. Made me laugh and mourn, and hope, and dream. There was love in reality everywhere. Not to mention the fact that I'm Portuguese, and therefore do not need to read the subtitles to understand the beautiful scenes in Marseilles. How was writing this pretty! Applaud. My co-workers applaud, my family and friends who recommended this Love Actually movie to applaud ... |
| Usually, as a feminist Love Actually Romance movie student with serious arthouse trends, I tend to avoid "romantic comedy''like the plague. But this is not just a romance film: Love Actually and that's what saves it. Sacharine Yeah its sweet and mostly white (just the few black characters in a word, not to mention his own story). and heterosexual - I was a little confused about, they managed to enter the type of friendship and love between brothers of the same sex but stopped short romantic love? undoubtedly come from the company beyond that in the last time? | This DVD film Love Actually promises a lot, a warm and sincere study of the power of love. However, what was delivered, then, badly presented, scatty and unfulfilling. | Perhaps after seeing this Love Actually Romance was not a break the best idea after (please pass the tissues, Emma). While this DVD film Love Actually is enjoyable and successful clear notes, I found much of it is clichéd and superficial (GEE both superficial clichés about all we hate the Christmas season). When there are both possible, and yet so little is done, it is dissappointing. Perhaps there are too many characters, I do not feel I knew any of those well. If the Love Actually Romance movie broke up into components and focused more clearly and deeply about each of the couples, which would have a much better movie. Sorry to be so harsh, but as it is, I found that it was mainly a loss of first-class talent. Surprisingly, 75% of the users of IMDB have given this Love Actually Romance an eight out of ten or more. I guess they are all either British or blown away by the opening scenes of sex. |
| I'm a fool for films and British television and I love London (I wish I could spend Christmas there), but there are limits to what I'm going to be tolerated in any country in its efforts to sell tickets. To the creators of this "humor, heart lifting, holidays love fest," I repeat the question Cindy Lou Who's the Grinch, "Why, Sandy Claus, why?". Why a large number of very good actors willing to do this? Why are there so many spectators spellbound with her? Why manufacturers do not know when to stop, when the excesses of sappiness and unbelievability had to be so obvious? Why put in much effort by shock when the viewer is so obvious that most of them are useless? I was a big fan of "Four Weddings and a Funeral", but they should stop trying to remake itself. Has to be much better for making movies, actually. |
