I think not. In fact, I am surprised. This film: Atonement is really good. Romance of a Hollywood Atonement Romance that is actually watchable. Amazing. Shocking. Refreshing. I was expecting the usual Hollywood potboiler garbage - stupid love story, the main historical events are reduced to mere footnotes movie: Atonement acting laughable, ridiculous miscasting, etc. In other words, I was expecting a piece of trash but thankfully my expectations were not met. This is a Atonement film with a powerful story and excellent acting. If I can not take my rag this movie, this DivX film Atonement has to be good. As a Atonement Romance film buff who has criticized the ratings of the movies I have seen some major clunkers cinema, things that do not even deserve a DVD, movie: Atonement wreck, which is a joke. However, this Atonement Romance is a work of art and justifies any praise it receives from the public.

Normally do not like novels became films (especially when I liked the novel as much as I liked the McEwan "Atonement"), but this was really a pleasant surprise. The plot is very well suited, leaving aside what can not be included in a Atonement Romance of two hours, changing a few details in order to translate the language of literature to film, but true to the essence and spirit of the novel. I really believe that if you enjoyed McEwan's novel, which will fall for this beautiful film. If you've never read McEwan, was dropped from the exciting and intriguing story written by this great English novelist. Please do not miss this!
