| If you're like me and you bought the new album by Tenacious D on the day he left and went into the DivX film Tenacious D in The Pick of Destiny knowing all the letters of all the songs .... then certainly enjoy this film. Yes, I am biased as a huge fan of Tenacious D, but I really like this movie: Tenacious D in The Pick of Destiny that made me laugh a lot. This DivX Movie Tenacious D in The Pick of Destiny was almost everything I expected. Comedic genius backed by great songwriting and some great cameos from Ben Stiller and Tim Robbins. In particular, enjoy Tim Robbins part. However, if you are unfamiliar with Tenacious D's HBO series and fantastic debut album, this can not have the same impact in the comedy. I still recommend you go see it because it is still worth every penny of the entry and will make you smile even if not all points in time. |
| When I first heard that Jack Black and Kyle Gass make a Tenacious D in The Pick of Destiny Music film about his band freaking me out! I love his music and hopes that this Tenacious D in The Pick of Destiny Music movie would be great fun! Now that I've seen that I can not say that these hopes were not satisfied, but I think I expected more. The Tenacious D in The Pick of Destiny Music film is full of Tenacious D's music and I loved to hear all of it. There are a lot of great jokes and I love history, at least the first bit. I do not like the way the DVD film Tenacious D in The Pick of Destiny ends. The end is very abrupt and, in my opinion, could have extended a little longer. In general I think is a good Tenacious D in The Pick of Destiny film to see! Everyone who likes rock music must see! It will give you a good laugh! |
| I managed to see the premiere of the MTV Tenacious D in The Pick of Destiny Music movie last night and I had to tell everyone that this DVD movie Tenacious D in The Pick of Destiny brought the thunder. Obviously this Tenacious D in The Pick of Destiny movie will be enjoyed by fans of the D, as has much of the jokes that have seen the HBO series, and has more than enough D of new fans and the mass of soon-to-be converts. The music really shines with the new song "Kickapoo" (which is much better than it sounds), "Master Exploder" (possibly the 3rd best song in the world) and "Dude (I totally miss you)." There is a great burden of scenes (the prosecution, the rock off at the reunion) and cameos (including Dave Grohl as Satan!). I really could go on for hours, but I do not want to give the film: Tenacious D in The Pick of Destiny away. Go see it. You will not be disappointed. |
| I was lucky enough to win free passes to the preview POD. Let me tell you, from the previews I excited to see it! The DVD movie Tenacious D in The Pick of Destiny totally rocked! What I really liked was the fact that JB was in his element. With other films like "School of Rock," which makes namby pamby music for children and families, but this music is obviously all. I took my brother and my sister to see it, and they basically laughed all the time. There are a couple of places where I wonder what the hell were thinking, because some items are a bit disjointed, but for the most part was great. Many of the times does not seem like a low-budget film, so it is an advantage. What I was most surprised by Dave Grohl as Satan was. That is f-ing hilarious! You honestly do not know by watching the DVD film Tenacious D in The Pick of Destiny this is it. I say that if you're a fan of rock and are JB, KG, and / or Tenacious D, go see the movie. Be prepared for a lot of references to drugs, a lot of four-letter words and some skull-crushing rock! |
| If you have no knowledge of Tenacious D, and its humor, not to see it because you do not like. I love the D, and this movie. I could not stop laughing at certain scenes and songs are impressive. Jack Black is not the best singers, but it is an acquired taste. This will be one of the great rock comedies of all time. Ozzy wanted was that instead of God, but hey, still the best. JB (Jack Black) is an aspiring rocker, which meets KG (Kyle Gass) form Tenacious D, and ask for the collection is the keystone of his glory. With many obstacles, such as an encounter with Sasquatch, police and a psychotic POD claim, should enter into the Rock n roll and get the history museum. So many fun songs and cameos. If you like Jack Black, and D, see this! |
| Being a fan of Jack Black, I was really hoping to 'Tenacious D in the pick of Destiny. "It starts with a song and a couple of metal Tenacious D operation outside Hollywood to become a rock star, which promises an entertaining Tenacious D in The Pick of Destiny movie , at least. But things go rapidly downhill since Kyle Gass is displayed. The Tenacious D in The Pick of Destiny Music movie loses focus and the changes sometimes silly subplots here and there. The soundtrack is great and that's what I see with with Jack Black, which is good but the rest of the cast is annoying. After seeing "School of Rock 'not long ago, maybe I was expecting something at this level but I see the humor in' Tenacious D in the recruitment of Destiny "does not work and I found very irritating. |
| I've been waiting for this DivX Movie Tenacious D in The Pick of Destiny for so many years! The best part is worthy of my vision! This is a MUST SEE for any real or Tenacious D Jack Black fan. It's so wonderful to see JB and KG Lee on the big screen! It is not a true story, but who cares. D is the greatest band on earth! I had the soundtrack of the Tenacious D in The Pick of Destiny film last week and listened to it without stopping. To view the Tenacious D in The Pick of Destiny movie was pure joy for me and my hubby. We have met the two Jack and Kyle after 2 different concerts Tenacious D, and also saw when touring with Weezer. We left the concert after the D was playing. Nobody can show its superior! Long live the D!: D |

Although some scenes are totally inappropriate and strange, that are fun to watch and enjoy. Overall this Tenacious D in The Pick of Destiny Music film left you feeling great and happy. Especially those who love rock music. The soundtrack is great, the laughs are plentiful, and the story is simple, entertaining, but complex. You gotta see this Tenacious D in The Pick of Destiny movie if you love rock music! Voting in general: 10 out of 10! |

If you've heard his previous album or seen their HBO Video Album, you can imagine a very bad mouth, rocking good time that this DVD movie Tenacious D in The Pick of Destiny tells the tale of how Tenacious D group had formed. Full of cameos, which not only gives a fictional account of Tenacious D, but it's sending a musical history as well. The humor reminds one of Something About Mary that often "go to places you thought not," but lack the scatological humor of South Park. This Tenacious D in The Pick of Destiny Music contains no nudity, except for mooning. |
