Dutch (Arnlod Schwarzenegger) and a team of commandos have been sent into a Central American jungle to track down some missing airmen that were kidnapped by terrorists. By the time they get to the camp, the airmen have been butchered in a very violent fashion and the commandos retaliate on the terrorists' camp. After that's over, they wait for a helicopter to pick them up, but something strange begins to happen in the woods. It isn't long before the commandos start getting killed off and Dutch and a girl from the camp, Anna (Elpidia Carrillo), are the only people left and fighting for their lives. But what they discover is too shocking for them to imagine. What's been killing them is the Predator, an alien that hunts rare species and make his trophies out of their skulls. And human beings are the new species he has discovered.

This is my all time favorite science fiction movie. I love the characters, especially Billie, not just eye candy is fantastic cousin. I love when he says the thing acts .. "as a hunter." Bingo! hit the nail on the head did, right there! This Predator Sci-Fi movie is fast, interesting, suspenseful, and then in the end, when most movies rip you off and show a little of the beast, or nothing at all, you get a full ten minutes of the eyes this creature! And he is amazing !!!!!!! And all the Rasta. I loved it. And the landscape of the Amazon jungle was fun to watch. It was fun to discover, along with Arnold, who is hiding from the cold rioja creature. It was just a great movie, through and through.

One of the classic science fiction films and one of the most entertaining action films ever made. Undoubtedly one of the best films of Arnold, along with Terminator 1 and 2. Mix a simple but effective story, an exotic fresh, well directed action scenes, Arnold kick your ass and you get an action movie: Predator first class. Sure, there are some actions exaggerated macho, but John knows how to do it with style. So if you're a young (but not too young) the film: Predator that have not seen Predator, do make sure to get a sample of 80's style action with Arnold at his peak. Rating: 8 / 10

Sure, Predator is not Oscar material, nor is it original. But it does is provide 2 hours of nonstop entertainment, and that is the main goal of this film. It's definitely in my top 10 action movies ever, along with foreigners, Rambo 4, Die Hard, etc, these are the films that have, and go down in history as pioneers of the genre of action. These films were not made to win awards, but I can tell you I would sit on my couch with a beer and pizza on a Saturday night instead of watching Predator Casablanca or Citizen Kane. 9 / 10, with the only flaw is the terrible plot.
